I would like to experience that, but I have a record and it’s fresh enough for me not to bother trying any travelling to the US. I don’t want to spend 15-20 hours on a plane only to get turned down at the border.

From what I’ve seen long distance bus drivers are slightly better at it, but city bus drivers? Oh my effing god, stay well clear of them. They are utterly terrible.

I found out about it at work (I work in a factory), and love it! My car is a convertible, and it’s sprung a leak, most days it doesn’t leak too bad, but then there are others where I have a small lake in the well that hold the top when it’s down.  So I stuff some of that back there and it soaks it right up!

While it’s (technically) good if people are alert to possible things like child trafficking; you seriously need to see more than a guardian of a different color than the child. Families come in varied colors and you don’t know if there’s been adoption or remarriage.

I did this two weeks ago on a china teapot that I had which had a tiny hairline crack on it, and it dripped water out very slowly. I've only used it once since, but it did indeed work.
