I’ll definitely watch SoHo as soon as possible, but I agree with Rife on Baby Driver. It’s a lot of slickness, and I didn’t feel there was much that was intriguing about Baby. Deborah felt paper thin, as did a lot of the other characters.

Look, I hate Jost and Che as much as any god-fearing AV Club commenter. But I have this dumb friend who thinks they’re funny and enjoys the interplay between the two hosts. Can someone explain to me what is obviously not good about them, so that I can educate my moron friend?
I have various mixed-to-negative thoughts about Colin Jost and Michael Che as people, and as headwriters. I used to have a pretty negative view of their Update tenure, especially around 2016, 2017, as I felt that they and the show as a whole profited from Trump after helping to enable him. I didn’t think any of the Green Lanterns were, but I can’t be sure.

For the win
Dune 3: Season of the Bene Gesserit Witch
An A- by Dowd - does that mean I have to see it three times?
Dune 2: Electric Dunegaloo
Dune: Part Two is such a boring title. They should call it Dune It Again.
So I guess we should be expecting movies about Time and People magazine next as part of the franchise
Is their name meant to be like “Mount Rushmore, but of West Coast rappers”?
You trippin. The UK Office is a masterpiece through and through
“Sure, let’s see a comedy. Or a science fiction movie. Or straight up fantasy film.”
Or something contemporary. Does he have anything to say about the world around him? He’s been making period films since his mid 40s and seemingly not engaging with contemporary culture for at least a while before that. Death Proof was…
Psst, Act. Act!
I’m still waiting on the Vega Brothers, Tarantino! (and the Trek script is written just farm it out to someone else to direct. Apparently it’s a Piece of the Action adaptation was one thing I read which could be amazing if even he didn’t direct it)
“This trope of “you’re wasting energy by disliking something” has got to stop.”
No. Avery Brooks is insane.
