I wish someone could make a x86 emulator for the iPod Touch (probably not feasible due to RAM and processor speed and storage area). But it would be awesome to pull up a lightweight XP on my iPod. You could mount CDs or ISOs via bonjour to install, or you could set it up on the computer and package it up and

If the Jonas Brothers start designing webpages, I'll be suddenly ashamed of my CIS degree I'm finishing next spring.

Ok, but how large does the font have to be in order to be read off the earth's surface from the moon?

@Yeah!: I've finished story mode on the PSP version, but I'm far from 100% missions.

They've finally done it. They're starting development on the iBathroom.

Does the thing really plug into the headphone jack or is she holding the iPhone upside-down?

This is perhaps the most awesome teardown ever. Close second is the banana teardown (just for humor value).

@the_Sleepwalker: I know! I probably download at least a gigabyte a week (more if I have to test different software and OSs for class). Then again, these are phones, but I could probably eat up more than 25M just checking my email and an occasional short browsing session.

My laptop has room for two HDDs (and I'm running two right now actually). Right now it's a 7200RPM SATA-II 320GB drive for boot and apps, and a 5200RPM SATA-I 250GB drive for documents, music, videos and stuff. I wish though that I could upgrade it to a 256GB SATA-II SDD for boot and apps with a 500GB HDD for

Paper for notes and drawing.

I think we're way behind, internet-wise. If somebody with entry-level broadband in Japan came to America and used someone's top-of-the-line residential broadband, they'd be thinking, "WTF dialup?"

The N64 Goldeneye game has a bit of a cult following. There will be plenty of customers for this.

@bitgod: Don't be a troll. Oh, sorry Skull.

What Intel needs to do is do one of these and measure something something more relevant than GHz. Hz used to be super duper important, but now with multiple cores and extended instruction sets, Hz are still important, but not nearly as much so. We want to see BOGOMIPS and FLOPS and other silly sounding benchmarks!

@dgkz0idberg: If he does what /b/ says, he'll be in jail for murder, robbery, and of course lots and lots of child pornography.

We knew that Microsoft has been known to occasionally produce sh*tty code, but now maybe they'll start writing sh*tter code!
