Wow. I like being featured :).

Anyone who has one "death grip" phone and one good phone (and sees any difference) should send pictures of the differences.

On top of this, add or modify the autorun.inf file at the root of the drive to have this line at top:

@Ccomfort: Yes, they are still doing that promotion. I went to a Rockies home game vs Toronto this year and the deal is, if the home team hits 7 (I think) home runs, then participating locations (probably just in the city the game was played in) will give one free taco to anybody who mentions the promotion the next

The Pop-Tart one reminds me of this weird dream I've had a couple times. In this dream, my iPod Touch is broken and I have to eat the whole thing to get it replaced. What do you think this dream could mean?

Call me back when someone proposes/gets married with a ring that can actually be used as a flash drive.

This just in! Millions crowd Apple stores nationwide to buy the new iSwatch!

I know somebody who might actually want me to drive them 30-40 miles to the nearest IMAX. And I might actually do it :).

I buy the faulty USB port story, because I've been mildly electrocuted by my iPod when it's plugged into one specific computer at my university.

Probably paper books for me, since a decent e-reader is not a small lump of cash, and I'm not fond of reading free ebook samples on my tiny iPod screen.

@Firesphere: I think it's probably just to get you to use their own memory. I remember I had an Olympus camera that would not let you use some of the features unless you were using an Olympus brand xD card. The cards aren't any different, except that the Olympus card identifies itself as such when the camera asks.

At least on the iPod Touch 3rd Gen, if you open the task manager and swipe to the left, you not only get the iPod controls, but also a Portrait Orientation Lock button.

If you open the task manager (double-tap home) then scroll to the left, you get your iPod controls, and something I have not seen anybody cover yet, an orientation lock!

@ThomasWolfSwe: I'm pretty sure it's just the 3GS and iPhone 4 that get the multitasking. The original and 3G don't have enough RAM for Apple's version of multitasking.

Downloading now for my 3rd Gen 32GB iPod Touch. 366.4MB, ~40 minutes remaining.

As much as this laptop tickles my fancy, I've sworn to myself, "Never another Toshiba." It shouldn't be long before another manufacturer comes out with something equally drool-inducing.

Darn. Apple should totally make huge iPod touches, though... I have the perfect name too! The iPad!!!

Watch out! Most HDTVs have a USB port on the back labeled, "SERVICE" or that is unlabeled, but otherwise looks like a USB port. They are not wired like USB ports and in some cases can fry your TV if you plug in anything designed for USB. My TV is one of those ones. It has the USB port on the back, but I looked

This adapter is supposed to sit in the cigarette lighter / accessory port, (nearly) flush with the rim of the lighter port. This isn't the only one out there, just the first one I could find. This saves you the trouble of sawing up dash panels and doing any rewiring, and should be cosmetically and functionally

I've been an Ubuntu fan for a long time too. I've tried Fedora a couple of times in virtual machines or live CD but never actually installed it because Ubuntu seemed to have a little more support for the hardware I was using at the time and I liked how familiar it was. But some of the new features like Ubuntu One and
