If the car isn't worth your residual amount at lease term you could end up having to come out of pocket to re-fi that car. Plus you'll be taxed on the residual amount when you purchase it again. It works, SOMETIMES.... but that's not a guarantee

G's have taken a bath on resale value. Most lease residuals were in the 26-29k range. 2 points for leasing again... money you didn't pay on a purchase. Trust me, if you purchased a G37 you're taking a bath on trade in right now. That's the market, which you're protected against with the lease
