For me Epic Store is a no go for some reasons.

They allow, but can’t be the focus of the game.

I tried searching GOG to see if I found some but had no luck, even old games are no longer offered, maybe.

Right now the best platform is to search on Patreon and Japanese Game selling sites, as they are more open to almost every sexual themes including LGBT and Furry if you’re into.

If I’m not mistaken GOG also don’t allow explicitly sex games, only allow sex while it’s not the main focus.
