Why should data caps be outlawed? I'm certainly not a fan of them, but if one uses more of a service one should pay more for a higher tiered plan. Seems pretty logical to me.

ya - I should be more specific - they don't charge sales tax to a vast majority of the states except Ca, NJ and TN. Amazon charges sales tax in 20 states.
