He took the keys with him when he left. They don’t have the funds for a new set of keys.

It’s a shame it took so long to issue the penalty, would have been great to see those two up there with their teams going absolutely bananas below. But I can certainly see why the FIA took their time before issuing the penalty.

...the latches on public restroom doors, were made to be broken. Again. And again.

You haven’t heard it anywhere because McLaren didn’t win the 2014 Australian Grand Prix.

Alexa, show me why people hate vegans.

Honda’s turbo configuration gives them an advantage is higher elevations, there is also talk Honda went conservative on their engine tuning at the start of the season and they have apparently turned up the wick these last few races on both teams.

It was an awesome finish. But, the Mercedes has demonstrated a recurring sensitivity to overheating this year, and I think that could be what we were seeing there.

Agreed. Carlos was on it.

Ah, sorry, my bad misreading! Yes you're right. *Fistbump

Honda also run a bigger turbo. This adds weight but gives them the edge at altitude.

Watched the race. Watched Vettel crash in to Leclerc. Watched the 100 replays that confirmed this. Brought back memories from Team Red Bull a few years ago. Vettel likes crashing in to teammates. Just ask Mark Webber.  Ferrari as a team are a shambles and the Mercedes team is crushing them just by staying away from

who would have won this year under the old points system?  Jeff Gordon again?

I mean, the guy’s won 4 championships. I don’t care who your teammates are. That’s legendary.

Vettel is one of the worst wheel-to-wheel drivers on the grid.

Yup too bad for Albon, i like very much the guy but since he is not “expendable” as Gasly was for Red Bull i’m not worry, it will come soon.

Leclerc gave the exact same “scare” to one of the mcclarens earlier in the race and the Maclaren moved over a bit. I view this as a racing incident. It happens all the time in F1 that when you edge up along side someone who's basically got you on the grass, that person pushes back into the track with their elbows. I

Carlos Sainz from the back of the grid to the podium (for now)... in a McLaren 🤯

Don’t jinx it man.  We got an F1 recap that wasn’t “everything is terrible for no reason.”  Posts like that are freakin unicorns now, even if they're just related to qualifying.

That’s not how a “clarification” works. Red Bull simply asked if a certain possible loophole was legal, and the FIA stated that it was not and that any team possibly using it (in this case, Ferrari) should stop doing so. No one actually gets publicly called out, inspected, and penalized during the process.
