I don’t know who I heard say it, but they said it best, “Employers love to talk supply and demand until it comes to labor.”

It’s as if generations of wage suppression across the entire economy are suddenly being blown apart by a collective refusal to take any more of it.
Just playing the numbers.
Its because its an easy, obvious target. I drove all the way up to Portland a month ago through what was mostly rural areas. Still a shit ton of MAGA flags. And I swear to god, 3/4 of the vehicles were the absolute biggest version of whatever XXX full sized truck and furthermore, lifted out the wazoo, light bars,…
Mazda is currently working on a RWD, inline six platform to share with Lexus for their next generation of cars. The CURRENT Mazda 6 is discontinued, but it’ll be back in a year or two.
I believe Mercedes has said that their wealthiest owners are typically those who buy the E class estate (wagon). Something like 70% of their sales were paid for on the spot. And this was with MSRPs around $100k or more.
There’s some truth to that. Old money doesn’t advertise their wealth.
They’re also the biggest pussies; we recently had some tiny, miniscule speed-bumps installed in a nearby through-way. I take those fuckers at 40 MPH in my fleet truck, but the sheer jackassery of the clowns slamming on their brakes in their King Ranch’s never ceases to amaze me.
And never go off road or put anything in the truck that wouldn’t fit in a hatch or SUV. Also they work a desk job.
Because alot of it is true =) They put the brightest lights possible, just to ride your butt in the right lane at 80mph
Why is the AWD terrible? Seeing videos of the new “soft-road” mode shows it as extremely competent, even beating out the Forester in a specific snow test and several others in other tests.
My wife and I are REALLY looking forward to the new RWD platforms. If they have a decent amount of space in the back (Mazda’s can be cramped on the inside, as they’re built on previous generation dimensions), we’re looking at that RWD Mazda 6 as our next car.
Thank you. I swear, there’s always haters for non-body color wheel arch panels. I can imagine how terrible it would look if those wheel arch panels were body colored, and all scratched up.
Unpainted wheel arch panels are usually like that for a reason. The car usually looks worse with those panels painted. Another indirect reason is, the flared arches are most susceptible to damage (i.e. scratching a tree limb) and therefore can’t have scratched paint if there’s no paint to begin with. Also, automotive p…
An even better encapsulation of my point. I know base Civics in the 80s were pretty spartan, but you’d think something sold under Acura would at least have power windows. Incredible.
It’s not even remotely a crossover? What the hell are you talking about?
I 100% don’t get the Integra hate. It’s literally always been a nicer Civic.
Holy photo uploads, Batman!
I mean the ILX was really just a rebranded Integra to fit the 3 letter name platform. What do you think the I likely stood for internally?
<not a boring looking crossover.>
