As A dEsIgNeR mYsElF”

It’s absolutely fine. It looks okay on a screen, but actually looks pretty good in real life on real cars.

I’m just tired of being asked to be mad about something, I’ve hit my limit on it. I’ve been asked to be mad about too many things, and be “not your grandfather’s X” too often lately. It is what it is and I don’t care. It provokes only apathy from me now.

DT coming through with the solid content. Good article dude!

While it isn’t the most unique font, it reminds me of this font:

Even Raleway, a free Google Font, would have been a better choice as it’s basically Gotham, but with a neat crossed-V design for the W fucking VW logo that would have stood out.

Better than Comic Sans

I’d say that kit car people are the most car people. Building a car in your garage, where you touch and assemble all of the systems in all of their mechanical good - or bad - ness is the most intimate way of becoming familiar with a car you can have - short of designing and building a car perhaps.

There are so many Explorer ST’s around where I live. They are apparently flying off the lots. I have no idea what you are talking about.

I’m not sure he knows what car people are, let alone hangs out with any.

You don’t hang out with the right car people, then.
I’ve often thought about building out a Cobra kit (like a Factory Five) with my Dad. We spent most of my childhood/early adulthood wrenching away on everything from family vehicles to farm equipment and heavy trucks and I literally grew up in our shop. He’s since

I blame the dealers. I had 2 different dealers tell me that Honda no longer made the Fit a few years ago. They were both full of shit at the time obviously (either that or they were from the future). At one dealer I even passed by 4 brand new Fits in their parking garage. One tried to push me towards the Civic and the

Not the name specifically, but that the name is the same as the cross-street.

And while not in America, many centuries ago most towns in England had a Gropecunt Lane...which was the street where the brothels were located.

I used to drive by this one all the time. Got to be pretty high on the list.

No, lights were on there. I had them on AUTO, too.

The unlit buttons would drive me mad, but not as mad as the all the different temperatures of white you see from the back seat of a Model X.

Mazda will have a more premium feel, but as they’ve shown with the turbo Mazda 3, they don’t have any intention to make a “truly performance oriented” version of their vehicles. Meaning, the Hyundai SHOULD be more fun to drive.
