The big 3 aren’t growth stocks, they pay high dividends to their shareholders instead.

Glickenhaus? Sold.
That’s fair but if I’m the CEO of Chrysler, I think using Jeep badges would be frowned upon lol
Easy fix for Dodge and Chrysler. Take all the Jeep models, decontent them to what is the minimum to sell a car (AC, power windows, safety tech) Put new front grills on them and call them all Dodges. Base model of every Jeep is a Dodge except the Wrangler.
Take all the Jeep models, slap PHEV technology in them and make them Chrysler looking. Chrysler is now a premium PHEV Crossover brand that well sell like crazy.
So, ten years or so?
There is a Tiguan R, it just isn’t sold in the US.
It’s tuned for fuel economy, not power. Think of the difference between the BMW 320i and 328i from a few years ago; same engine, different tune.
Torch, I read all your articles and I am always entertained but I seriously just watched this movie last night and was thinking the exact same question.
It’s a shock when your lifted Ferd F-teenthousand only gets 8 mpg. If I had a dollar for every lifted pickup truck by me here in Ohio, I could retire and I’m only 30.
Everyday Driver and their sub-channel Test Drives are my favorite. They remind me the most of the actual car reviews done by classic Top Gear
Huh, I always thought Toyota should have made a second gen Prius V but I didn’t realize they were in such demand.
Really? I always noticed that they were cheaper than equivalent regular Prii (year and mileage) but I can imagine that things may have changed since I shopped them.
This is the right answer. Prius are dead reliable and the V isn’t as sought after and can be had for a good price.
Just stop. The US is global presence and it was a valid question. That shaved orangutan fucked up a lot of things due to his hubris and incompetence while in office. We’ll be cleaning his mess up for years.
Nailed it.
Exactly. The Subaru dealership near me already sells Crosstreks, Foresters and Outbacks that look like this from the aftermarket. Just like Jeep, Subaru doesn’t want to leave that money on the table.
On my 2006 Tucson, I had a weird brake feeling on the highway. The first time the dealership didn’t even find a problem, the second time a different dealer felt the problem but didn’t know what it was. They offered to replace all the rotors, calipers and pads for well over $1500. I declined.
Exactly!
Plus it’s the only AWD with a proper 8 speed. Nissan and Subaru use CVTs. I loved my Impreza, but man did I hate that CVT.
