YESSS!!!!
Well, this would be just amazing!!! Let's hope it's true!!!
YESSSSSS!!!!!
It doesn't surprise me at all that this happened. Of course people were going to try to go bigger and bigger with the amount of water, until they forgot that water actually weighs a LOT.
The quote from Bill Morrie sounds level-headed and fair, but it's in stark contrast to his actions. Yes, he has a point - Tesla's dealership license is out of date given their current car sales pattern. But demanding a level playing field while trying to REMOVE YOUR COMPETITION FROM THE MARKET ENTIRELY BECAUSE YOU…
You're correct, they tend to. The post-2004 models don't, however, and those generations are the ones where the Forester XT was/is offered in the US.
If the red and carbon fiber traded places, we'd be in business.
Question: Why don't they sell a version that's stripped of "luxury" and fitted with off-road tires/wheels?
GOOD.

So it's got close to 200,000 miles on it (most of the distance from here to the moon), it's a fixer-upper, it's from Indiana so there will be lots of rust (compared to CA cars), and it's a friggin automatic... and they want $15,000?!
The daily: 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Wagon. EZ30R swap, Raptor supercharger, Ohlins coilovers, Stoptech brakes. STI interior in tan leather, JDM Legacy S402 exterior panels in Crystal White Pearl with BBS RE's in gunmetal, wearing Michelin Pilot Supersports.
I drive my '08 Acura TL exclusively in "M" (it's a 5AT)... if i'm too lazy to "shift"; I shouldn't be driving at all.
I actually saw one of these in full camouflage while driving in Malibu a couple weeks ago... I can unofficially confirm that the noise is amazing.
I feel like the N/A 2.5L would be a step backwards, since the 2.5L that would be used would probably be the EJ2xx, which is getting on in years and is all but retired.
Flat 8?! YES PLEASE.
That would be damn cool.
I think 250 bhp and 240 ft/lbs are good numbers to aim for. That much power/torque in a sub-2800lb car will be plenty quick. However, if they were to make this kind of power, they should probably fit wider wheels/tires; 17x8's with 235/45R17's would be ideal.
UH-HUH. And that's why Subarus are the best - same bellhousing on every transmission since the early 90's, and they go together like Legos.
