Funny story. A friend found one of these for sale at a mechanic shop about 10 years ago. Mechanic had no idea what was wrong with it. Kept misfiring in the upper RPM range. Friend paid 2500 for it, swapped out the bargain basement spark plugs and is still driving it. 

We are almost positive that the Kia we bought was an Uber/Lyft car. Bought a 2016 model in mid 2017 with 85,000 miles on it. 

Hpd had a supercharger kit for the manual transmission cars. Bumped it up from ~130 to ~195 hp. 

Yu can get batteries out of a volt for ~$2500. 

My car doesn't have traction control. Hell, it barely has abs. And it's a 2002 Impala. 

Better question. Why is there a door handle when there is no door?

In Missouri, you have to have a salvage title vehicle inspected by the state troopers office. The last time that i had to do this, there was a 6 week wait. They will give you a form of approval. Then you have to go to a regular inspection shop to get it inspected again to get your registration sticker.

What sucks most about that is they were already a thing in Australia. ALL they had to do was bring it here.

Unfortunately, we have some among us who always have to be on the other side. 

Been there. At night, snow blowing, full moon. Head lights made things worse. Still had my running lights on though.

If it had the turbo, it would be a good bit more expensive. In my area, there is a difference of about $3,000 between the supercharged and turbo charged models.

At one point, I was driving an 01 Corolla and had a second that I was using as a test bed/build area. The second had a crap engine and bad body damage. My build was almost done on the spare vehicle when my daily got stolen and totalled.
