Unless the concrete is lined with thick bubble wrap I think the future should look into ways of protecting pedestrians other than "soft cars", perhaps such as keeping them out of the street and getting drivers to actually pay attention to driving.
After 10+ years of offering this device, one would think that a built in GPS would become a $500 option and not a $2k option by now.

I love my Galaxy Tab 10.1, bought one day after the iPad because i find customization as a very important feature. iPad went on Craig's list.
Too bad it's not a retina HD display. I'd love to not have to zoom in to read web pages.
