I know there have been a lot of “the handmaid’s tale is real” type jokes for the past few years, but this guy is actually denying a woman the ability to do her job because she is a woman. He uses modern language about “optics” to mask that these are some pre-modern beliefs he is enforcing on his campaign.

Justice works when society thinks it is applied fairly equally. If they are thinking they can hold it together with authoritarian rule it will not work out well for anyone.

There would most likely be collateral damage for Dems — which I wouldn’t mind because child sex trafficking and rape — if the House subpoenad Epstein to discuss his interactions with Trump. But, it would be worth it.
