I think it depends on what 'version' of Barbie we're looking at; Career Oriented Barbies and Pregnant I've always figured would probably in their 20s-30s. Hair Dye Barbies I figured were somewhere between 17-21. I think there's an older grandma Barbie somewhere as well.
