A few musings:

There isn’t a better way to let the resident lecherous creepy asshole know that you can see his entire past than to throw his own motto back in his face before he can spit it at you.

Possibly, it was definitely a moment, but got lost pretty quickly with the rest of the story completely blowing up.

I’m a little pissed they didn’t off Jaime during that final charge. Going out while essentially re-enacting some sort of wacky chivalry painting would have been a nice ironic way to close out his arc.

Is the “real” Top Gear not globally appealing as it is? Do we really need a niche ‘Merican Top Gear in 2017? The real one has an American and now we get a Brit? I hate to be such a cynic about decent car programming but I’m up to my ass in contrived story lines centered around vehicles at this point.

Actually there is a solution if he “wants to get into a truck”. Sell car privately for far more than the $16,300 trade in, pay off as much of loan as possible, search craigslist for- body type: pickup, price: <$4000. Suck it up and pay into remaining loan balance every month until it is paid off. Drive cheap pickup…

Loved this episode also... It didn’t feel overly scripted and they didn’t feel constipated or forced to laugh and generate situations out of the ordinary. It was just... fun?
