The Roman times stuff always brought the momentum to a screeching halt for me.

That skit and the re-creation of Trumpy's "stupid things" always make me laugh. Pod People's skits are definitely my favorite.

Ben Grimm is a real Grease Ball.

I guess my experience is skewed towards a certain area. The corruption among public figures in VT is astounding though. I always want to ask the comptroller of such and such town "what the hell were you thinking?"

Did the Reds become the Lake Monsters? The Lake Monsters are still very much around.

I've just moved away from VT after a ten year stint. It's flawed as hell, there's too much disparity between the haves and have-nots, the infrastructure needs a lot of work, Mad RIver Glen can ski itself up its own ass, but on the whole, it's not a terrible place to live.

Honestly, about five or six episodes in, the abstract nature of the show began to wear on me a bit. Then I rewatched it from the beginning. The idea of not being able to differentiate schizophrenia from an incredibly powerful mental parasite became really compelling. The visual and musical cues began to make sense. I

That human soldier tower was straight out of a Dark Souls game.

I actually first learned about it from Breaking Bad. I believe it was the title of an episode.

It was the site of the worst air disaster in history.
