Well, yours was the dumbest reply I got, so how do you feel about that?

There is a joke here, but I have no idea what it is. Or maybe it’s just not funny? I dunno and I’m not afraid to ask.

Heck, the trailer looks pretty damn good compared to the Fallout 3 engine. It doesn’t have to be graphics card destroying to be good.

So kind of like the Etrian Odyssey games (including Persona Q), but with prettier graphics? Well, I hope the gameplay is more fun too, because I can’t really get into those games as much as I’d like to :/

I just don’t see how anyone can advocate this.

This is a good article. While it is important to have moment to moment gameplay (a game loop) that is satisfying, it’s at least as important to have long-term enjoyment as well. Game elements that reveal themselves with effort and are all the more satisfying for it. So few articles talk about those elements.

So it’s not a game about flowers? ;)

So about 15 years ago?

Ah yes, the classic little innocent girl cringe inducing line “I’ll become big brother’s wife!” at the end. Is there any safe way to respond to that?

Or maybe, just maybe, it’s hard to appreciate any game without first knowing the rules and the way it is played? It really doesn’t matter if its happening on a computer or in a field somewhere. It just matters how well known it is in that country. If you televise it for long enough, people will start to figure it out

I really enjoyed the first Idolm@ster anime. Almost every character was good.

The boom in the Australian dollar was temporary. We’re back down to 78c in the dollar, which is about as bad as it gets for us.

From the source materials linked in that wiki article, total fertility rate is the average number of children a woman would have if she lived until the end of her child-bearing years (and fertility rates don’t change over that period of time).

I’m guessing it is because their eyes are drawn three times as large. With all that work drawing huge eyes, they have no time left to draw a real nose on them ;-)

It’s easy, just look up the “cartoons and games are for kids” school of voice acting. I hear it’s pretty big in the western world.

Right. And their AU/NZ twitter told me it’s coming out here too about an hour ago. Maybe one day we’ll even get some idea of a date.

If by the bike one you mean Yowamushi Pedal, it was fairly good for the first 20 episodes or so and then it got to the Interhigh race.... Which stretched a 3 day race into 30 episodes with extreme time dilation. For instance, the last 500m of a section with the racers hitting 50km/hr took a whole episode instead of 30

So how pure does an anime have to be to be “pure moe”? Like 100% just moe girls being moe for no reason? If they have a reason, does it suddenly stop being pure moe? I ask, because I’ve watched all of Idolmaster Cinderella Girls so far and it seems pretty damn pure moe to me.

I agree, but at this point they probably figure they’ll get more comments if they leave them out. So someone can complain about it, then someone can show off how much nerd cred they have by naming them all. Also so they don’t have to wear out their poor little fingers typing words.

I want to like these movies, but they seem a bit rushed.
