Ah. That could well be it! Knew I was forgetting a fairly large chain :)

I believe this was taken in a Pizza Hut. Possibly a non-U.S. location, as I've never eaten at a Pizza Hut that offers giant prawns as a topping.
I have a smattering of Japanese reading skills. I read Shonen Sunday for a few years back around 2000. I'm not fluent by any means (kanji is hard), so I still prefer it translated.
As in, the pages are read from left to right when the text is horizontal? That sounds correct. I don't have any professional examples to check against for that. Just doujinshi >.>
Most likely. Traditional japanese writing (on scrolls and letters) is done from top to bottom and then right to left just like those lockers.
Most likely yes. A game can only be so huge before it becomes too huge.
I'm with this. I'll add one more layer though. There shouldn't be so much extra shit that your character levels into omnipotence before they see even a quarter of it, rendering the rest of the "game" boring as hell.
So, I guess you've played Civ before huh?
Less tall than I thought from the photos! I guess I just expect police officers to be taller on average. I'm 5'11 myself, so I'm probably taller than a few of those guys too.
Looks like all those cakes were just.... the icing on the cake. Yeah.
It seems like he's a very tall man. In all the pictures he's a head higher than the tallest police officer. I guess a very tall man in a costume with fake weapons is scary or something.
If he was really good at it, why would he waste time playing video games? Of course he's only moderately good at it ;)
That was pretty cool. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't expecting Uncanny X-Men though. Because they really are from the 80s.
At launch in Lineage 2, if you attacked another player you became Red flagged. If you were killed while Red flagged, you had a chance of dropping some gear, which took a lot of effort to get. Even so, it was not uncommon to see lowbies getting harassed in their starter zones by killers. It was also not uncommon for…
They are talking about differentiation from the traditional Elder Scrolls experience, not from other MMOs.
I would hope so, but I know they won't. A thousand years from now, a Jewish person will see a swastika and curl into a fetal ball.
It's only as reasonable as getting upset over seeing a Swastika in "western" countries. Those who actually remember to be traumatized are all 80+. For the rest of us it's politics and political correctness.
Don't feel bad. I had no clue either.
It's Kuso Miso Technique. No I didn't know that. I googled the meme, which I remembered the name of... Yaranaika?
