What... what the hell? Leonard Cohen is dead, Trump is in the White House, and now Splash is actually USEFUL?

I bought it last night after seeing the elections results. I wish I was kidding.

The former. I believe 100% that Nintendo will bury their franchises with them than have them go software only.

I’m glad they finally went with the offset analog sticks. but I’m saddened by the loss of dual screen functionality offered by the Wii U.

counter: for a game where the story ended up being its strongest element, these are the worst terms.

I really wish all games had this, even ones like Dark Souls. Sometimes I feel like playing Halo on legendary and other times I feel like playing Mass Effect casually.

I think that's fine.

At the end of the day, I still prefer Nintendo, the game-first, business-second company that they come across as, as opposed to the business-first, games-second mentality of so many other greedy companies.

I am proud to say that when I finish registering codes for this year, I will have been Platinum every year that it was possible.

I liked Club Nintendo, but as long as I still get my Mewtwo codes and Smash soundtrack, I'll be okay.

Man, is it a pain in the butt to register Nintendo games now. They hide those codes in the cover sleeve, but I understand it's a cost saving measure. What else can they do to cut costs, other than make their own "Steam" site and go 100% digital?

Wow, that sucks... Hopefully it'll be replaced with something equally nice.

Kinda sucks but hopefully this is step one in them making a good unified "network". I would love to see something that's a cross between Club Nintendo and the Xbox Live Games with Gold/Playstation Plus Free Game Initiative along with a more solid "account" system. Sadly this is unlikely but one can dream.
