I almost want it to be a manipulation and for AIison and Noah to both agree when going over the story with each other that she told Noah BEFORE she ran into Scotty to make her seem less guilty.

Actually, maybe there wasn't even a rape attempt. Maybe he jus threatened to tell Cole again and she flew into a rage and killed him, before pushing his body in front of a car to make it seem like he was run over and killed.

Alison's version is Sooooo fishy (pun intended)…

I was so sure it was Whitney too!!! There were even theories that it was Martin! I guess the kids were just red herrings.

My heart is still racing!!! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE FINALE!!!!!!

It would be very out of left-field for it to be Helen. More likely it's Whitney, with Noah taking the fall, and Helen feeling guilty that Noah would lay down on the sword, so she covers the legal fees.

I don't watch GoT but I agree. Scotty is so out of it, he probably doesn't even know what day it is, let alone have enough of a perceptive insight to figure out that it's Cole's baby. Also Joanie to me doesn't look like anyone of the main characters.

Ah ok that makes sense. I just wanted a real world example to justify it. Im actually surprised Noah's publicist didn't erase Alison's # from his phone lol.

Alison definitely had a motive. The videotape that Oscar gave the lawyer proves that. And it would have to be someone Noah was willing to take the blame for.

Yes they are married in the present. When Alison brings Joanie in her baby carriage to the courthouse and runs into the lawyer, she tells him "I am his wife! And all decisions regarding his legal counsel need to go through me".

Noah could have very well killed Scotty. But I don't buy it just yet.

There must be something in between that happens. Maybe Scotty's death happened around the same time (it's next week since we see it's the wedding episode) and there was a dissolution between Cole and Alison?

Thought the exact same thing!!! It should have said "Ali". But the full name??? Weird.

My money is on Alison (to keep him from telling Cole about the baby) or Whitney (any number of reasons).

"Shattered the illusion for Max". Exactly. Wholeheartedly agree. His motivations were crystal clear to me. Complete opposite of Alison's motivations to buy The Lobster Roll. She hated Montauk for years and suddenly a few pretentious book parties make her want to run back??? Ya no.

Astrid's line delivery of "Tea?!?" to Saul was one of my favorite things tonight. She's a stellar character.

I like this arc, and makes total sense. I also don't see MF going past season 8, or at the most 9. So that's Luke and Manny graduating, followed by the Haley-Andy wedding, possible baby announcement.

Small plot hole….

This is high-camp at its best. I don't understand the hate for this show. All the loose ends tied up, hysterical one liners, ridiculous plot and insane premise, homage to dozens of amazing scenes from famous horror films from the 60s to the 80s, incredible color scheme and outfits, scathing commentary on feminism and

Yup. Biggest bullshitter. Unfortunately I think it's just a symptom of his work. He's an artist and craves inspiration for his work. To him, being inspired means banging anything he wants with no obligations or loyalties. It seemed Alison awoke that dormant part of him that was kept quiet for 20 years with Helen.
