Handmaid’s Tale has a merch department for some reason. I’ve seen “Sorry Aunt Lydia” soft stress rocks and adult coloring books... If there’s one show that shouldn’t have merch, it’s this one.

RIGHT? It looks like someone photoshopped her head to be disproportionately larger than everyone else. It’s probably just perspective, OR MAYBE THEY’VE REPLACED HER WITH THOSE LIZARD ALIENS.

Anyone else think it’s weird this show takes place in 2002-2004 and no one ever brings up 9/11 or the build up to the Iraq war? I mean, I know it’s not the focus of the show, but there should be American flags and yellow ribbons everywhere for it to be historically accurate.

That’s an absurdly reasonable take, but you’d get roasted on social media anyway for not being sincere enough.

Two kids got balls out of it. One kid got a MASSIVE upgrade because the guy’s wife wanted to take a picture. In context, this man is a hero.

Groening has never been the driving force behind any of his shows. He relies on having REALLY, REALLY great writers to do all the heavy lifting.
