Yeah, isn’t everything supposed to be coming out of there clean? I do separate my towels from my clothes but I’m not about to start a separate load for my kitchen towels.

Wow, hope you are or get better soon! I started cutting down to about one meat-based meal a day too. I think I could do vegetarian, but I’m not positive about vegan. Still, I’m pretty impressed with my progress. Anyway, hope everything stabilizes for you!

I wish there was a way to stop getting both push notifications and emails of reminders to finish a show. I started Squid Game on maybe Wednesday, watched a second episode Thursday, had to study for an exam on Friday and take the exam on Saturday, and was already getting both a push notification and email reminding me

Yeah, I lost a bunch of weight intentionally about two years ago, and people kept asking me if I was sick, if I had cancer, or what was wrong with me. I had people asking my friends if I had cancer. Then they would tell me to stop losing weight, often times after I was just maintaining. It was rather shocking and

Mythic Quest is a huge omission here. Mr. Corman, the Long Way series, and Physical have also been pretty good. Apple TV+ has been pretty good lately.

I love Maintenance Phase, but it is definitely not designed to get you motivated to get moving.

I agree and totally don’t get it. Doesn’t make much sense to me.

I love the Strong App. I bought it before they went to subscription so I’m lucky to not have a fee.

I mean, it’s definitely more than one day a year. Fireworks have been going off around my house for the last few weeks, including at least until 3 AM on Saturday night. The people still excited by fireworks can calm down a bit too.

Nicely done! That’s an impressive transformation. Carbs do get way too much attention. I used to try to clarify that some of the foods I cut back on had more fat than carb calories, but they don’t seem to want to hear it.

Yeah, I lost about 100 pounds over the course of 4 years (down 40 in one chunk and down 60 in another), and people ask what I did to lose the weight. I basically did religious tracking for the first 40, reverse dieted for awhile, maintained for awhile, went back into a deficit and got to where I am without really

Great article! I ended up really getting into yoga after not thinking I’d like it much, and I think the key for me was finding the right classes and teachers. Once the pandemic hit, I couldn’t motivate myself to keep doing it at home with online videos and got into FRC stuff for my mobility work instead. I needed to

Those are some glaring omissions on this list! Was definitely looking for Kill Bill on here, as well as Wanted. I like your other picks as well.

I think it’s definitely worth worrying about if you’re having issues. I was having issues that were really beginning to impact my life. I started to work with and RD, and we were able to make some changes to my diet, identify a couple of food intolerances, and now I’m feeling much better and life in general is a lot

Same. I think we had a broadcast version taped so I’m not even sure I’ve seen a version that wasn’t edited, but we watched it a lot. I’m going to watch it again, even if it doesn’t hold up at all.

To me, the most important time to “listen to my body” is if I get hurt. I’ve done something like tweak a trap or my forearm in a workout and then still push through the whole workout I had planned, only for the injury to be worse and linger longer than when I have had a similar thing and just called it a day.

I think most of it was the alternative was Jay Leno.

I have a townhouse, and we have four units per building. All the townhouses are identical except whatever interior upgrades have been made over the years. Zillow has mine priced about 30% lower than my neighbors. Mine is slightly more upgraded, not that they’d know since they haven’t been inside any. So, no idea how

Interesting list. Some of mine would be Hot Fuzz, The World’s End, The Princess Bride, Total Recall (original), Cliffhanger, Ghostbusters, and What About Bob?

I’ve been using ankle weights to help rehab my hamstring. They work really well for what my PT prescribed me to do at home. I got some adjustable ones that work really well.
