I was constantly fighting the camera. I finished the game once but quick the second playthrough because of the stupid ass camera.

Yeah, because it's much more realistic to hide behind a block for 10 seconds and magically heal. I still enjoy the Half Life games more than any CoD game, and that's one reason why.

The game was top notch in so many ways it was unbelievable, all without trying to be over the top. There were so many unusual characters to love, even if you only met them once, sometimes hysterical dialogue, and music that would make bleeding ears dance in happiness(or something).
