Yes, it still is. Because they couldn't have made it a unibody back because the metal would connect all the antennas and cause even worse antennuation.

Not too mention that it would not require any collaboration at all. This is exactly how the rumour mill works. One person/company leaks the part and the Internet takes over, spreading it like wild fire. No collaboration necessary.

I would say the depth of the 'tool paths' is a more telling sign of it being ribs. A straight up tool path would not be nearly as deep as that.

Good luck with that. Their batteries are worse. Don't pay attention to all the 'tests' that say they're quite good, considering they're running them with battery optimizing settings, not typical settings you'd actually want to use. (ie: 3G instead of LTE for one)

Don't forget about the lower powered screen! And that Android sucks battery like raccoon girl and d*ck.
