Reviewers have ridiculously high expectations due to all the rumored miracle features that surround every Apple announcement.

He's being replaced by David Chilton, author of 'The Wealthy Barber'. And I do believe his chess room is real, because for one, his house is 50,000 square feet, even for a rich guy that'd be hard to fill, and two, he often rents the house out to even richer people such as Bono, so he has very few personal possessions

Open up IE (9 is what I was using), try to comment, see error message 'comment save failed', repeat twice, now you and I are equals.

Not when you sign up to receive them.

And by random email you actually meant fully sanctioned lottery winnings notification email that they opted in to receive whenever they won anything and likely had received similar, correct winnings notification emails in the past, right?

Native Americans, seeing as how the term came from the Natives trading us all their land for pots and beads fair and square and nowadays they want it all back for nothing.*

I'd seriously doubt the $50 billion number, but I doubt any of them thought it was spam since it came from the lottery service they signed up for, submitted their emails to, and very likely received winnings notifications from before.

They didn't patent the clothing. They patented the apparatus to affix removable accessories to a bike helmet. So this company may be able to get around their patent depending on how they're affixing the accessories but it's patented nonetheless.

Does Android have more users overall? A lot of Androids break, get thrown out, or get left in drawers whereas a lot of iOS devices get passed down for years. I still know people who use twice passed down iPhone 3G's (that's plural iPhone 3G not 3GS) and iPods go on forever.

No phones today use the credit card sized SIM so it wouldn't count towards his point. In fact, the credit card sized SIM is so uncommon you can barely even find any reference to it online unless you specifically search for the Motorola StarTac 70 that used it.

Ah, I see. Makes perfect sense then.
