I didn't have problems with it either. But it suffers from feature add on syndrome. Everything it does is just tacked on top of the original purpose. It needs a completely redesign. Especially the forums/discussion boards/blogs etc. They're terrible.

It was good because I got to see my grades quicker and hand stuff in easier. Otherwise it was terrible.

Are you kidding. That's terrible. wtf. So much for a revolution. I understand with media rights and stuff for broadcasting shows and whatnot, but education is universal. I learn the same math Americans learn. (just with different units)

Yes, I realized after I posted that accounting is an exception due to tax code. But things like math, physics, biology, science are fairly standard and use the same texts for many years.

Thankfully. Blackboard is a disaster. It suffers from feature add on syndrome

Blackboard is good. But terrible at the same time. Being in a web developer program, I despised it.

How do you actually browse just textbooks? There are supposedly 8 free ones that I'd like to take for a spin but I sure as shit can't find them in the iBooks store

How often are you reading your textbooks where you don't have access to a power supply? (hint: if your answer is not 10+ hours a day then it doesn't matter)

Sounds like your kid did get excepted. Unfortunately he didn't get accepted though.

You've got it backwards. Accounting and math never change. Math today is practically the exact same as it was 100 years ago give or take a few theorem. Communications tech, however, probably didn't exist 100 years ago and what they teach now is probably 50%+ different than what they did just 3 years ago

Do you have javascript disabled?

Nice. Looks good.

Yes, I didn't actually need explanation. Just pointing out the sensationalist headline really.

Yeah I keep that one cued up in my playlist pretty well exclusively for replying to comments like yours on Apple articles.

The title and the last sentence completely contradict each other. Is it a priceless strativarius or not?

Yup. Nothing fancy

Here's a bunch

His comment wouldn't apply if jobs were still with us as he was implying the action figure it more accurate now because it's dead, like jobs.

RTFA

I'm sure it does. Bluetooth on Internet connected computer. App on Internet connected device. I'm sure it'd be relatively easy to put together, considering you can activate it with a simple audio file.
