I don't know the NY Skyline too well, what buildings did they have to demolish to build this giant new Apple shaped University?

I got a free iPod touch with my MacBook. Gave it to my sister for her bday. I was the best big brother in all the land.

I'll take one!

I completely agree. And I 100% believe that life exists outside our planet. It's likely not humanoid, even if it was intelligent, I'm sure it'd be much, much different than us and likely more massive.

You could always put in an iPad and run a VNC client to connect to the VNC server for iPhone (jailbreak)...

Now playing

Because you'd have to jailbreak to do it on iOS, so the market is likely too small. Without a jailbreak the most you'd be able to do is have the iPhone screen, but to handle sending touch events to phone OS wide, you'd need jailbreak.

This doesn't really answer your question, but it gives you something to think about along those lines. It seems if life did evolve on another massive planet similar to on earth (humanoids) they wouldn't be proportionally double/triple/whatever in size because their muscles wouldn't scale the same.

And writing new software that has to work on a bazillion different Androids the same. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can't just plug in any accessory you want and the tablet knows what it is. The software has to know that Midi In/Out exists and where to send/receive the signal from.

Yes, yes. I see now that I must have forgot to read your first sentence. Or just forgot about it by the time I got to the end.

That's exactly why I was wondering why it is so thick, and that bezel not 1mm like the new LG. It's just a display, the 'TV' is elsewhere. And what's the point of only making part of it that thin.. You can't even flush mount it on a wall, with that stand it has to sit at least 4 inches from the wall, which means it

Pretty sure the going rate is $20m.

Didn't Samsung do this in March 2011?

You can't actually do that with this. You can do that with a regular TV though. Except the TV would still be on with a flower screen saver.

And by shuffle, I meant nano.

My bad.

Kinect works in pitch black lighting... Or at least some of the hacked apps do.

Since when was it more convenient to hold your head perfectly still for 5-10 seconds in exactly the right spot than sliding your thumb 5cm across the screen? I think you meant novelty, not convenience.

+1

Not sure why Apple didn't do this with the shuffle...

Yeah, and they're not even even sized black bars, all 4 are different. It's got to be a photoshop fail I hope.
