No. Computers for parapalegic people or people with no limbs use their eyes/blinking to move/click the cursor. This would be a godsend as they don't have to look at/blink every letter of the search query on an on screen keyboard. Now, they just look at the mic, blink, talk, and their done.

A lot of it has to do with the look of the OS as well. The Samsung bloat that they installed over Android makes it look and feel even more like the iPhone than stock Android. Especially the icons.
