Umm, hope this guy has a good lawyer as Apple patented this exact idea over 2 years ago... and the patent lists 'other' in the types of transfers list meaning transferring anything through the call is included in the patent

@crisss1205: Sony doesn't make the iPhone... So that suit has nothing to do with this. Apple said Jailbreaking was illegal but it was not, it was a grey area in the DMCA and the recent amendment cleared up the grey area.

Man USA sucks... Rogers give mobile protection for free on every account. We either cover up to 125$ of the repair cost or we offer you discounted replacement phones (always at least 1 free one and up to 15 others discounted from retail to choose from)... Did I mention there was no charge for this?

I'm pretty sure they'll be tracking this info on their servers, not client side, via usernames/passwords? I could be wrong though. But it'd be pretty stupid to have your revenue system rely on user deletable cookies.
