For the life of me, I don’t understand why an auto manufacturer doesn’t like Unions....

I love GM and ford, but if line workers with salaries approaching 100k and tons of vacation time cannot make perfect vehicles, something needs to be reevaluated.

Every company is against unions. Unions give nothing to employers, why would they not try to prevent it? And Teslas are already expensive as f. Unionize it and you can pretty much expect prices to jump.

Unions aside, every company I have worked for has made an active effort to stop employees from discussing salaries. Most would spread anti-union talk, so I don’t really find this at all surprising. The only reason this gets headlines is because it’s Tesla. I mean remember when every major Silicon Valley company…
