Let’s break from the sarcasm and ask this question: do you feel like have a top 10 offensive player is the same as having a top 10 defensive player in terms of value to the team? Do you think the NBA just has it all wrong with the way players like Melo and Hardin are values?

You think he could not find the time to tell his intern or editor to spell the name correctly or just write it in himself? I can’t imagine you think that really was what impeded him. But, hey, good job with those Japanese businessman. Nice hustle.

It is silly to say that he could not bother to learn how to spell his name. Does anyone really think for all the work you put into this column that he couldn’t be bothered to have an intern or editor write his name for him?

Honestly, for an individual player this is actually true. If you disagree, you are disagreeing with the entire NBA. You think James Hardin was playing D during that 10 game winning streak or that he gets paid as an average of his offense and defense?

It bears repeating: what is wrong with that guy?

I guess. Maybe it is just my reaction to the idea of guilty until proven innocent which is great in a criminal trial but stupid if applied to make judgments or police public opinion. In this case we had no evidence but an arrest and, you are right, that is jumping the gun.
