A friend who is an engineer for a Fuji Heavy Industries contracting company. I have seen first hand a global projection report with no major changes to STI engine until MY2019.

They need to make a new STI based on the new FA engine, throw some LSDs on it, make the gearshift a bit tighter, and call it a day.
