I can not recommend this series enough. I personally think this is the best animated show in many years my last favourite being Primal from Genndy Tartakovsky. This series is a love letter from so many artists to Moebius, Heavy Metal magazine and various other genres and content.

I hate that good sci-fi gets axed so often. This show blew my fucking mind. Especially that one scene with the little guy. If you’ve seen the show, you know exactly what I’m referring to. That scene haunted me for days afterwards. I’m glad it’s getting another chance but like the article says, it shouldn’t have had to

Saw it today, and I was disappointed for several reasons. The trailer was amazing, and I thought the film would live up to that and blow it away. I’m not sure if it was editing or pacing, but something was off and lacking in cohesion.

Guess you’ve finally made a monkey…”

I heard someone come up with the idea that every title the show has gone through will actually the titles for the episodes. I’ve not seen whether they’ve been officially announced yet, so don’t know if it’s been debunked, but I quite like that idea. It’s bonkers, but in keeping at least.

Dang, listing Rebel Moon as the only credit for Djimon Hounsou is doing him dirty.

Fundamentally, Khan didn’t work because Khan doesn’t mean anything to the cast. Wrath of Khan’s entire premise is based on the previous encounter, here we have no previous encounter.

I watched the mini-series for nostalgia’s sake because I had fond memories of the cheesy original. I wasn’t expecting much but I enjoyed it much more than I expected to so it was an easy decision to give the series a chance. Then they gave me “33" which was totally unexpected, rode right over my low expectations with

No, Into Darkness’s biggest mistake was the misdirection about Khan’s identity. Everyone knew who Cumberbatch was playing long before the movie came out, but they insisted on the stupid misdirect that wasn’t really a misdirect. You want to make a movie about Khan, just say you’re making a movie about Khan.

as you should. such a stupid idiotic move. whats worse is that they’ve barely done anything with it. it was in the background of the first season of Picard and is mentioned why Romulans and Vulcans unified in Discovery. instead of being Spock’s real legacy on the galaxy.

You know, I’m feeling pretty good about sitting this franchise out.

Yeah and we shouldn’t subsidize oil, corn, eggs, etc. etc.

And, on sister show Angel, we got the Avenger’s Hawkeye as a serial killer vampire!

The weird sarcastic one about Dunst channelling Tara Reid and Faye Dunaway in the "positives" section feels like maybe someone wasn't fully paying attention too...

I love both. Certainly more than whatever drivel you’ve ever contributed to the culture.

but man, when Ava just leaves Caleb...

I love how you snuck in the Captain America: Civil War tweet in there just to see if we were paying attention.  =)

I’m in for whatever Alex Garland does until he gives me a reason not to. I absolutely loved Ex Machina (but man, when Ava just leaves Caleb...) and Annihilation (of course, I’m also in for anything with JJL). This might be one movie that gets me to the theater. Unfortunately, where I am in Mexico, everything tends to
