I agree with you. Assassin’s Creed IV was a very good game, just not a good Assassin’s Creed game. I want to play Rogue though. I’m hoping it’ll get a port to the PS4 or Xbox One kinda like what they did with Liberation some where down the line. Spruce it up a bit maybe? Stupid 360 crapping out on me :(

Every single generation, but just because other games within the franchise don’t meet your “criteria” of what a proper Pokemon game should be doesn’t negate the fact they’re still Pokemon games, period. If you don’t care for certain gameplay styles or features that’s a completely different matter.

Have you played Pokemon Coliseum or Pokemon XD (which was my jam). They have story modes, are set in a separate region and had an interesting mechanic with the whole shadow Pokemon thing.

I agree about the story, it’s my favorite in the series easily. I thought the gameplay was pretty good as well, it wasn’t perfect though especially with the gloves that you get in the later half of the game. Oh it had the best boss fights in the series too, in my opinion

I’d be willing to agree if this during the KH1 and 2/ Final Fantasy X era, but I think he’s refined his style and I don’t mind his character designs now.

You do know along with the game you mentioned Nomura did the character designs for 7 as well right? How can you dislike the others, but not one of the first that brought his style to for the forefront?

Beyond excited right now! The Mario & Luigi games are always a good time and throwing Paper Mario into the mix seems like a natural choice.

Interesting. I had fun with them, but as far as the series goes they’re middle of the pack for me. I do have to admit that their battle systems are probably my favorite throughout the whole series, love the link artes idea.

Yeah for the most part that’s true. Only except to the rule is Phantasia and the Symphonia games. Phantasia is thousands of years after Symphonia. So much civilazation moving on and getting better though lol

I don't see what the problem is. It seems to fit Hoopa's trickster and troublemaker ways. Plus it's in its Confined form. If it talked like that during it's Unbound form then yeah that would be kinda weird and outta place.
