The Federal system is only slightly better . They allow foreign M.Ds who failed to get a MD in the US to work as PAs ...although they are not certified by any agency as a Physician Asst. ———when HR was asked why they replied “Eminent Domain “ and then stated anyone asking that question was a troublemaker .

Better clarify . Yes, you can end up with damage and pain . You can crack a tooth and end up with an abscess . I am signed up for an extraction next week from that very thing

It should NOT hurt . The dentist can fine tune it with the ever present drill . You paid a lot .....The should have tried it on you and fixed it from the get go 

I was taking mine in to my dentist for periodic cleaning . A new , younger dentist announced that the material they were soaking it in would eventually make it disintegrate .The mouth guards  are horribly expensive but if you are in enough pain it becomes a medical matter and handled by health insurance
