Exactly, it's balanced around weapons when they could take a leaf out of F-Zero's book and learn how to create a game that requires copious amounts of skill, fast speeds without relying on weapons for balance.

That'd be nice wouldn't it!
But this isn't Wipeout, they can do what they want ;)
How do you get Pikachu on the bus?
Hope it has good tight controls like F-Zero and not the silly floatyness of Wipeout, also no items please. Let's have a good fast racer that relies on skill and not items.
Sounds it!
Ah see I don't go that deep into it, I'll look up what moves a pokemon will get but it won't sway me away from one I really one, like Tyrantrum! He turned out to be a total monster in my party along with that panda bear thing (can't remember the names).
Finding it hard these days to watch anime due to the stealing of anime avatars for Gamer Gate. Still I'm finding it easy to fill that free time with excellent sex with my feminist wife, Smash Bros 3DS and our new puppy.
Wait what? The Wii U Pad or Pro controller?
Really? Converted to UK money that's what... £70? For a game plus controller plus adapter that's rather good.
I think I'm the "doing this for fun" one but with types instead. Each gen I'll only use 6 new ones to the Elite Four, then anything goes. Generally I'll go for types to get it as balanced as I can, but not super strict or anything.
I do wonder why Microsoft were so quick to abandon indies and why we all left for greener pastures? Oh yeah it was them charging ridiculous amounts for patching and format QA at a time when Sony would either publish first party the interesting titles (Noby Noby Boy, Katamari, Loco Roco) instead of letting them go down…
It's not a PR thing.
The PC market isn't so great for big-budget JRPGs, hell FF13 only just made it over! Haha. Maybe it will one day. I see it going to PS4 and Vita first, though.
Yup, one of "those people" that occasionally uses items and doesn't get all internet weirdy over it.
Nope. I'm neutral, I'm also a developer for all platforms.
Weird. With my friends there's no such fixed rules. One on one showndowns were best with no items but you also had lower chances of getting important unlocks. For the rest it was items on, if set to low.
Urgh. One of them.
Me too. I'll be getting it twice if it also comes to PS4, hopefully with a Vita port too.
Even better. I get to pick it up for PC and PS4.
