Nope, Ubi are good at supporting new platforms. Look at what they did with Rayman Legends which was a Wii U exclusive until the low sales of the system prompted them to change. Up until Liberation the Vita was healthy and within expectations.

I don't know if you know this or not, but that's not how it works. Sony would not need to be informed of the title going to other platforms. They don't fund the games, they don't market them. If Ubi pitched it as exclusive and then changed their mind due to bad sales, that's not Sony's fault.
