I’ve always thought that was the dumbest thing (awarding home-field advantage for the World Series to an arbitrary game), but I would love this.

It makes just as much sense....

Better idea: cancel the game itself. Have the Derby tomorrow night to determine who gets home-field for the World Series.

Why not just start an hour earlier?
