I don’t get that. If you don’t like a comic, just don’t watch their stuff.

I mean, if I’m going to pay to see a live stand-up act, I’d expect to hear controversial and offensive jokes. Even if said comedian decided to make cracks at my expense....and run with it for the rest of their set, I’d still probably laugh because they’d be right.

Williams Hughes, again, with his hetrophobic musings. Just because a comedian, or any human, makes a joke about something or someone, doesn’t mean they hate them. To each their own, but to change your biological gender is really weird. I can’t imagine hating someone because they are weird, we are all a little weird.…

That is not how comedy shows work, openers are last minute all the time.

There are no real emotional triggers, merely people who have trouble handling their emotions. That is what the reality really is...regarding being “triggered”.

I have to think that watching Dave Chappelle do stand up is maybe not the worst thing that ever happened to a transgender person.

Sounds like a good time. Maybe AV Club and their audience needs to grow a thicker foreskin. And I look forward to the immature responses I’m going to get, just like the comment section on Facebook of trolls for attacking someone with an opinion that isn’t theirs. Too bad they aren’t as brave as in person...

You almost never know who the opening act is for a comedy show and sometimes you don’t like that act.
