FF has been decline ever since Tetsuya Nomura took over... I'm sure he's a talented guy, but maybe the wrong man for the job. Too much focus on the visual aspect to the detriment of gameplay. Time to bring in some new blood?

I'm looking forward to it, and intend to buy it, but I found the controls a little weird when I played it at TGS: the new game doesn't use the face buttons, only the shoulder buttons. Maybe it'll be different by release day though...

I liked that they had a whale in the trailer. I thought their absence in the campaign was rather odd, given that so much of the culture in the game revolved around whales.
