Seems the way to do it is go the Glastonbury route. When you buy a ticket you have to submit your photo, name and address. Your ticket has your photo on it and is checked to your id. If you can’t go you get a refund from Glastonbury and they resell the ticket at the same price you bought it.
So its like a country house restaurant with a menu that hasn’t been updated in years
