That’s the reason I get to the airport at least 2 hours before my flight (and I have TSA PreCheck). And my favourite airport restaurant is this pizza shop at Seatac. I just sit down and enjoy my pizza while looking at people bolt to their terminals because they’re late.

You know what worked for us when our kids were that age, to add cereal to their milk bottle. The milk/cereal mixture would land on their stomach like concrete and knock them out. It worked on airplane rides, movie theaters, you name it.

I thought the same thing about pinnaple pizza, boy was I wrong. I love pinnaple pizza. Pinnaple and ham mix together pretty well.

I gave up on the idea of having “friends”. I found myself being the one always reaching out to others, so I just said the hell with it. Does it get lonely sometimes, it does, but I made my peace with the idea of being alone and just do things by myself.

I like to talk to people, so everytime I get on an Uber/Lyft/cab ride, I always try to stike up a conversation, but there have been times that the driver doesn’t. The ways that I use to identify this are these:

Consider your self lucky. Most newer neighborhoods (at least in CA) and condo communities have HOAs. When I plan to go on vacation, I give at least a month warning and I schedule a meeting with my boss to discuss any projects that I’m working on, as well as anything that might happen while I’m gone. I also work with my clients to set expectations and for them to plan for it.
