More often than not, a violation of constitutional rights doesn’t mean the violator gets punished, but rather the violated simply gets to walk out of court. The violation itself is not regarded a crime, it just invalidates the case built on it.

It still amazes me that in the US government agents (be they police or federal agents) intentionally violating the US Constitution are not held accountable by the justice system.

Hispanic refers only to Spanish-speaking origin, while Latinx includes, for example, Portuguese-speaking countries like Brazil.

Why not use Latin or Hispanic? Both are gender-neutral.
