When passing through customs you have no constitutional protections. CBP can inspect the content of any electronic devices that you may be carrying and they do not need a warrant to do so. They may also confiscate the device and hold it for as long as they want to perform the inspection.

Sport mode in the 500 Abarth is a beautiful thing...not only does it dial back the electronic steering and increase the power output...but it also sharpens up throttle response and give you the full 18lbs boost. Normal mode in the Abarth is strictly for economy.
