Road stripes are a standard length. IIRC they are 15 feet long with a 35 foot gap. I could be wrong but it’s pretty universal in the US. Count those and you’ve got your top speed.

I did something close to this 4-5 years ago. I was short on flight legs coming up on the end of the year. I needed 7 more before the end of the month to keep my Executive Platinum status and all those free First Class upgrades, priority boarding, and Admirals Club access.
