it’s true that the new Honda aren’t as well made as before.My 2016 civic had a few issues ( nothing major ) but the assembly quality is not on par as what it used to be.

Saab are nice cars, but I wouldn’t call them super reliable. Then again, there aren’t many left on the roads.
I know 5 people who owned/owns Volvo and they all had issues with electronics, leaking sunroof, windows regulars, door wiring, etc.
Those cars will be quite expensive in repairs after a year or two, especially the Volvo. Electronics will start failing, roof and such will start to leak. windows regulators will die etc.

Shop around to find cheaper parts or labour ( or do it yourself where possible ), fix the car and keep on using it for many years.

The Nissan Sentra is peppy? perhaps if you get the beefed up version but the base model is all but preppy. It barely moves.
