My concerns would be heat soak and understeer. AWD is excellent for races where traction is an issue. When you are racing on tarmac loss of traction in AWD is a bad thing, corrections are more difficult and overall the car is never faster. I could go into weight but I’ll leave that out. Every WRX and EVO I have ever tracked has been very prown to understeer.
Heat soak in your car, the absolute lack of stiffness without a lot of modification, UNDERSTEER!!!
Im going with a gen2 viper, but thanks for the well thought response into what I was actually saying. I guess I know need to drive one and see if the Drivetrain can correct the crazy amount of understeer that WRX and EVO suffer from.
