I loved Ten until Matt Smith took over.  Smith owns that role so much for me that now I can't even watch a Tennant episode without wincing. Although a lot of Tennant's more annoying tics may fall on RTD's shoulders.

Because being funny sometimes requires you to look foolish, which is something blowhards like Miller and Glenn Beck (who went on a comedy tour!) can only do unconsciously.

Well, she's also jealous of Emily's life. And her plan involved becoming like Emily through… party planning?  Because she's a Republican so she believes that being a servant to the elite can eventually make her an elite?  I don't think her plan was all that well thought out.

The problem I had with the movie is that Scott should end up with Knives at the end of it. I've read that this was Edgar Wright's original plan, and the alternate ending works much better from an emotional standpoint.

There's no way football player Cam would run like that.  That Cam is dead.
